Special properties
• for inorganic and organic powder.
• recommended for pigment concentrates and for direct grind
• excellent colour strength (development)
• improved flow and gloss due to pigment deflocculation
• prevents pigment flooding
Examples of application
• automotive and industrial coatings based on acrylic/
isocyanate, polyester/isocyanate and epoxy/polyamine
• coatings based on acrylic/melamine and polyester/melamine
• resin-containing pigment concentrates with inorganic
and organic pigments
• wood and furniture coatings based on polyester/isocyanate,
acrylic/isocyanate and unsaturated polyesters
recommended addition level:
5 to 40 % as supplied calculated on inorganic pigments,
15 to 40 % as supplied calculated on organic pigments or
40 to 85 % as supplied calculated on carbon blacks
Processing instructions
• Add to the grind before dispersion.
• Starting point formulations for the production of
pigment concentrates are available on request.
